This is the big race meeting for the locals and the local graziers.  So come and meet the locals and have an afternoon at the track, in the cooler weather, without the crowds of Roma Cup but enough social activity to make it interesting.

In an age where smart casual is the generally accepted attire for every social function, the Picnics retains their tradition of a Black Tie Ball on Friday night to announce their weekend.

After a night ending in the early hours of the morning, the race day begins with a sponsors lunch & calcutta, five race program, fashions on the field and an afternoon tea break before dancing the night away til midnight.

This year the beats from the Hamilton band will be entertaining us both Friday and Saturday Night.
